Addressing the gathering, the director of Art and Experience Cinema Group, Mohammad Tayyeb expressed his satisfaction with displaying the first short animation package in Art and Experience Cinema Group, adding that the group has already prepared two other short animation series and this trend will be continued consistently.
He added that 10 prominent animations from the works of the Documentary, Experimental, and Animation Film Center have been screened in the "Colorful Dreams" animation package.
Tayyeb concluded by saying that for many years we wanted to show these works to a large audience, but these animations were attended only in limited numbers of festivals. This may be new for animation in our country, while it is common in different countries of the world such as France and Korea, and short animations are also entering the screening cycle.
At the beginning of this gathering, which was performed by Ali Zadmehr, a ceremony for commemorating Dariush Mehrjooi, the late director of Iranian cinema and his wife Vahide Mohammadi, the Mohammad Abolhassani, and late Yashar Jafar Khanpour from the animation crew of "The Sixth Wire" as well as the late Rohollah Fattah Damavandi from the animation crew of "The past" was held.
The collection of artistic short animations includes short films "Sixth Wire" directed by Bahram Azimi, "Suzanban" directed by Mehdi Khormian, "Boy of the Sea" directed by Abbas Jalali Yekta, "The Past" directed by Hamid Mohammadi, "Malkut" directed by Farnoosh Abedi, "Crow" directed by Ahura Shahbazi, "Balance" directed by Barzan Rostami, "Silent City" directed by Amir Mehran, "The Fourth Wall" directed by Mehbobe Kalaei, and "Ektesabat-e Entekhabi " directed by Samaneh Shojaei.
Artistic and experimental films are screened in Iran in the Art and Experience Cinema Group under the management of Mohammad Tayyeb, and Ali Zadmehr is the public relations manager of the center.
