Mohammad Tayyeb, the director of the Art and Experience Cinema Group, said in an interview with the Iranian Students News Agency (ISNA): "The discussion on presenting short animations in the Art and Experience Cinema Group was a request that I had been pursuing for one or two years as the director of commerce at the Center for the Expansion of Documentary, Experimental, and Animated Cinema."

He continued: "The opportunity did not arise until I took over the management of this group in the new period, and from the very beginning of my activities in this group, we prioritized the screening of short films and animations. After obtaining the necessary permits, the first package of short animation, titled 'Colorful Dreams,' was screened."
The screening of artistic and experimental films in Iran is managed by the Art and Experience Cinema Group under the leadership of Mohammad Tayyeb, and Ali zadmehr serves as the public relations manager of the group.
